You forgot to tell us that this verse you quoted was spoken by a king in Jesus parable as it is written in Luke 19: 11-27, verse 27 being last verse you deliberately quoted to deceive unsuspecting people.

The parable is all about how it will be on judgement day where all those (Islamic jihadist gang) who had rejected Jesus to be their king here on earth will be judged on the judgement day.
