Firstly we are talking about a comic world where super heroes exists. So yeah to become a super hero you must be at peak condition but that is not my reason.

MY REASON
BANE - He is a super villain who has all the above mentioned attributes of Captain America but is not considered super powers because they simply are not super powers but enhanced abilities.

so fighting with a knife in the chest is now a super power i never said bane venom is the same as SSS,i said bane has to be on venom to be cap level.unlike bane,cap SSS is 'semi permanent',his blood cells replenish the serum,bane doesnt have that.

Bane venom is same as Captain serum. If Captain serum means he has super powers also implies that bane venom does the same thing because it gave them the same physical attributes. You can't accept one as super powers and reject the other.

So if you can agree that bane and joker has super powers, I will apologise and agree that Captain America does.

It has been stated that Cap is the eptimome of "Human" perfection, but I guess it's all in how you interpret the meaning of that statement…
Being that the serum acted to enhance his normal human abilities exponentially, it would be more viable to classify Cap as an "Enhanced" human, rather than "Super" human…

At either rate, that definitely does not classify him as "Peak" human by any standard…

i dont know where you got the idea that joker has powers and bane has to rely on venom to even be on captain america level.Scarlet witch,QS,hulk,sentry and manhattan are not mutants,the fact are superman/girl are aliens do not change the fact that they do not have super powers(using your enhanced logic),so using your logic those guys are simply enhanced

Green lantern does not have super powers. He possesses a lantern ring that enables him to do things. Remove the ring and he becomes a normal human being.

See there is a difference between super powers and enhanced abilities. Your cap has the later not the former.

Captain America enhanced abilities enables him to throw his shield with precision and accuracy, knowing the effect of the damage and the exact location it would land.

Captain America took a super serum that improved his physical attributes such as strength, agility, durability and reflexes.

Super powers on the other hand are special skills and qualities that enables one to perform some things that one can't normally do such as levitation, super vision, super strength ( be guarded Captain America has enhanced strength not super strength, I can explain if you want to), photon blast, telekinesis and telepathy. All of which Captain don't possess. Even wolverine don't have super powers too.

If you read comics (Marvel or DC) maybe you would have known this. Thanks again for your time.

It seems you are looking at basic power sets when considering leader which is not good actually.

Captain America had no super power but he is a great leader. Black widow had been with them from the on set, she is a skilled warrior, a great tactician, a master strategist, commands lots of respect from her teammates and has an abundance of experience. These are great leadership qualities a team would require which Captain Marvel lacks.

Black widow would be a better leader to Captain Marvel moving forward. That's my honest opinion though.

Shazam is going to be financially successful and the good news is that it doesn't need to gross that much to do it. According to Forbes, with a budget of $90M, it needs $300M to break even. With $300, Shazam is going to make 3.34 times their budget and that's profitable for WB. It will be a bigger profit, if it grosses over $500M, and a more more bigger profit if it grosses over $700M and a great profit if it grosses over $1B which will make it one of the most profitable movie of all time if not the most profitable movie (if this happens WB is going to throw a party, although there is a very slim chance of this happenings, 3% chance, thanks to Avengers: Endgame and Hellboy).

But one thing is sure, shazam has a very good advantage of being financially successful, because it doesn't need to gross that much, a minimum of $300M BO against a $90M budget is okay and profitable but one thing is sure, Shazam is going to gross a Minimum of $500M and a maximum of $950M, it might even gross over $1B (lower probability tho), FACT. Two weeks is more than enough for shazam to be profitable before Avengers: Endgame comes calling.

PS: Has anyone seen the Hellboy Trailer, Dudes and Dudresses , that trailer was the bomb, I'm hyped for that movie and I'm definitely going to see it. One more thing it's R-rated. Gosh, that scene of Hellboy kissing Nimue in a pool of blood is intense.
