This is certainly overpriced, which is a common strategy with this seller.

However MSRPs aren't quite so straightforward. This is an XLE. It wouldn't have the same MSRP as the other trims, more for some, less than others. As the list of included options rises, the prices rise. Sometimes for some of these newer vehicles the difference between MSRPs for the base and higher trims can run into thousands of dollars.

Then factor in shipping and Custom costs and the cost of fixing this. This could easily hit 18-20 million naira.

This seller has added his markup to the profit the importer has added, hence the seeming outrageous price tag.

This is actually relatively brand new.
