Why don't you try a new browser and let see what happens. I mean log out of your current computer and try a new browser and computer. Maybe there is something on your pc/devices that Google is detecting as an error.

You will need to scroll down and click on contact us at the bottom of the page click on it and type your issue, and keep clicking on NEXT until you see the EMAIL option.

I can see my payment method in Adsense dashboard, but if I check pay.Google.com and check on subscriptions and services, my Adsense profile isn’t there, if go to payment tab and click on it, they bring option for credit card. I am confused


I don’t know if I should close the account! The fund has been there for months!

This is very weird, even if you close the account there is no probability that Google will pay you since they couldn't detect your payment details.

Your best option is try to close your payment profile with them and add a new one( but i don't recommend this) or try to contact them directly using the first link i gave you.

This is weird, and you will be the first person experiencing this. Maybe you should try to change your payment method or if possible delete your payment profile from Adsense, and re-add it again.

If you are making $100 monthly, you should have access to Adsense support through email.
