like my dog has been battling with mange for a really long time now ....she has lost a lot of weight already , I have taken her to different vets here but the mange still persists . Like I don't even know what to do rn , I might just give her up for adoption to a vet or something ..... Like I am really tired , I have tried everything ... ivermectin , ivermectin tablet ,mange cream etc.

Due to the complications she is always having during birth, personally I would discourage mating, except under strict medical supervision throughout the duration of the pregnancy. My sincere advice, is for you to go to the nearest registered vet clinic, get your dog vaccinated and inform your vet about the ticks, he will prescribe an appropriate medication that is compatible with the age of your dog.
