The first place she did her business is going to be her spot....
It takes patience to change it.
Puppies are adorable, easy to train but can be very annoying..
A little advice
After meal,comes her business time (poop and pee)
You have to take her to the designated area you want her to pee and poo.(patience is required)

I've a method for my little pups (after meal I'd tell them lets go poo; if it goes fine I praise them "who's a good boy or girl) remember they listen but can't speak. Your tone of voice makes Dem detect if you're please with them or not.

If I ask "WHO DID THIS" come and see run na

Restrict meal and water one hour before bedtime.
By 2am and 5am (they'd be attractive remember to take her to pee at the designated place)

As time goes on you'd start understanding what her different whinny means.
