You know what I'm thinking? (She may fail and make the dish salty or probably watery). But as a nice person that you are, you shouldn't let her fail the next time she tries it.

That's why you should create a cooking blog to teach her and other 15 million (that's just a rough estimate.. They're more than that) everything they should know about Nigerian food step by step.. Should 1 cup of egusi do the job? No! Make it two... How many maggi should I add? 2 chicken flavor will do the job.. You get what I'm trying to say?

On the other hand, the next time she wants to make the dish and she types: " How to make a delicious ofada rice" on Google.. Blam! your blog will be right there to teach her.

Sounds impossible? Not at all. It's actually as simple as picking your call (I'm serious).

But, most people fail at the initial stage of building their blog, they don't even know where to start from, they get confused and disorganized and complain till everything gets out of hand.
