Such incidents usually ave a background story. Am suspecting this is d result of a hood disagreement. Very sad

We blame almost every bad occurence on witches and wizards. Itz simple, spiritual forces are overrated! Try to prove me wrong...

1. Acknowledge the fact that the man is truly the head of the house. It doesn't matter whether you feed him or you're richer than him, but as long as you've agreed to say 'I do' that should change everything.

2. Humility! Yes, being a celebrity comes with a lot of things like respect from people etc, but once she's married that should stop at the entrance of her house. You're not a celebrity inside your home. She should allow her hubby "boss" & have his way sometimes, she should'nt be heady. She shouldn't feel too big to take orders from him. She should be submissive to him as a wife not age mate.

3. Balance work and family together! She should balance her work as a celebrity and her work as a mother/wife. She shouldn't expect her hubby to do the chores all the time just because she's bringing some cool cash home. She said create time for her family & also respect her husband's family.

4. Getting married for the right reasons! Most of all these celebrities marry for the wrong reasons. They want to marry a wealthy man even as a second wife. They want to marry an handsome man that will melt ladies heart & make their fans happy. They want to get married to the man's status such marriage will never work.

5. Wanting to belong! Some of them are trying so hard to belong. They want to flaunt this and that. It makes them cheat on their husbands, they might end up sleeping with other rich guys for money.

6. Friends! This is general tho. Who are your friends, what are you telling them about your marriage .

7. Social media! Keep your home private. We don't need to know what's happening inside, they don't need to explain anything to anyone. Let people see the happiness in you and stop forcing it.


8. Maturity! They should learn how to handle family matters, learn to overlook certain things not everything should count. Tolerate the man you're married to and also give him the chance to do same. It's a learning process so don't expect him to be perfect.


8. Let Joke Silva be your mentor

Very nice, though most of them are concentrating on the woman. Men should not see their position as head of the house to do nonsense. E.g. the 9ce fiasco

True, but that is rare nowadays. And there are some celebrities that seem mature BT Jst can't take the heat when it comes to their marital lives..

The recent separation between Mercy Aigbe and her husband has got me trying to analyze the marital life of celebrities. According to Mercy, her husband abuses her physically. It has become a norm to see the marriage of celebrities crash. This is not a good thing, but why does it happen. Is it pride, the interference of friends & fans or just the fact that they are popular personalities and their lives cannot be as private as it should be?

Although there have been celebrities that defied the odds. Take a look at Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva. Their union has survived all these years and from the look of things, it is getting stronger. What does it take for a celebrity marriage to last?
