That looks like a problem with you GPU (graphic processing unit), ot could also be a screen issue (lcd connector) just take it to a technician for repair scrubber: |

I thinks you are being misinformed about how a laptop fan works. It is meant to start spinning once the laptop is turned on, so in your case I think there is a problem with the fan, so you need to have it checked by a technician dbshaywhy: |
