Its better you use conventional drugs. If you are sure its diarrhea, you can get a good antibiotics or anticocci to deal with it.

I am used to budjecting 1500 for each bird @8wks... Though I end up sometimes not spending up to. Only if there is disease outbreak that are imminent to the health of the birds. So, keep 150k aside for hundred birds.

I lost only 1 at 5 weeks.
Feed them till they were 7week and sold.
But i will pause for now....i consult for NGOs and i am presently waiting for their mail to begin the work and would be traveling to different states till maybe September/October. I might start again then.
I might post a breakdown of expense and sales and any other relevant information later, as time permits.

I bought from Country giants chicks its not popular but somebody recommended them and this is my second time using them. I would recommend you go for a popular and tested breed like chi, amo , zartech, etc.

I just moved them to this structure due to heat in their brooder house

My target is chicken processors they buy in bulk. Like 5people or less can clear all the chickens. Am in contact with some of them. I will still meet people that sell in the market they also buy bulk.
I will keep 20chicks to get really fat and heavy for 8wks I will sell for 2500 or more each. I have demand for these size by some of my customers.

It's very difficult to differentiate. If using organic to deworm, usually cures the two as it will kill the Cocci and shed the intestinal lining at the same time.
Cocci normally includes red color at the advanced stage while some of the batch may be shitting out brown poop at an earlier stage. Normal intestinal shedding will look more like whitish shedding than blood.

i saw bllod stained poo yesterday but they are all healthy and smart.

how can someone actually differentiate between coccidiosis and shedding of intestinal lining in broilers.

good day my birds of 6days refuses to eat at night even when i give them light in form of kerosene lantern and i use sunseed starter which is in crmble form. Even in day time while some are eating some will be sleeping while some will just stan still like they are catching cold with dropping of feathers. I use organic method in brooding and all their stool are solid with white on top. I also use maxi yield molasses as my multivitamin.pls what can i do to make all of them very active and to eat more.
