You've a valid point sir Northsouth: transition to democracy doesn't mean you won't leave the power seat even if You're eventually elected. Yes abacha wanted to but he didn't and he was killed But many military head of state have transitione to democracy and eventually won and enjoy the civilian rule till they ended their tenure. The only thing that can make people want to surely end your tenure is when you refuse to leave the military power, of curiosity they will definitely plan your downfall in that military regime you're holding on to The best thing is to either leave and give way for civilian rule and be more honored. Than not to leave any legacy to be secured while you're still around |

It's 2 ways sir. Still being active in the military gives upper hand in power than transit to civilian rule. Abacha wanted to do such thing, but he was advised because he will loose power Northsouth: of course he can still be outcasted from office, but not killed in power. The often kill military head, not outcasted, but a civilian president are often just outcasted from office without been killed You can check the records |
Foreign Affairs › Re: ‘i’ll Take You Down Without A Second Thought’ – Burkina Faso’s Traore Warns Chal by crossbreedwears(m): 8:46pm On Jul 23 |
Even if he decides to transit to civilian president, he can still be outcast from office. Northsouth: Well, i actually like this man I only wish he can transit to democracy by becoming a civilian and run for the office of the president like El sisi of Egypt E for better for am o Dem go kill am o, na so e dey be o
