The rail transport system for instance was put on hold during his tenure. The hospital projects in process now could have been done when he was in charge. The waste disposal system wasn't good enough. He had street lights powered by diesel which is quite expensive to maintain. He rebuilt bus stops though.

One thing I like to remember him for is how he handled the insecurity problem that was persistent around the Ikorodu area. A one time solution that crushed the militants/terrorists. If only this was done when the Northern bandits first raised their heads.
