Afternoon guys, I have been a silent reader for some time now. Can someone please tell me what NOC this JD falls under. I feel it's NOC 6314 though. I just want to be double sure.

- Ensures team handle customer calls timely and efficiently.
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
- Provides statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis to team members.
- Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment to motivate team members for better performance.
- Administers performance reviews for skill improvement.
- Attends to employee experiencing work-related difficulties and provides appropriate coaching/resolution.
- Submits regular work activities report to management and sought new ideas and strategies to improve performance.
