Cubeet2: Beta Israel of Ethiopia Main article: Beta Israel
The Beta Israel ("House of Israel" are Ethiopian Jews, who were also called "Falashas" in the past. [38] Some members of the Beta Israel, as well as several Jewish scholars, believe that they are descended from the lost Tribe of Dan, as opposed to the traditional story of their descent from the Queen of Sheba .[39] They have a tradition of being connected to Jerusalem. [40] Early DNA studies showed that they were descended from Ethiopians, but in the 21st century, new studies have shown their possible descent from a few Jews who lived in either the 4th or 5th century, possibly in Sudan . [41][42][43]
[44][45] The Beta Israel made contacts with other Jewish communities in the later 20th century. After Halakhic and constitutional discussions, Israeli officials decided on March 14, 1977 that the Israeli Law of Return applied to the Beta Israel. [46]
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten_Lost_Tribes In case such an obvious thing flew over your head when you were copy-pasta'ing that, let me make it more obvious. A Wiki article about the "Ten Lost Tribes" and how some Ethiopians may have some sort relationship to Jews in Israel is not evidence of "Jewish Scientists In Anambra To Present DNA Result To Show Igbos Are From Israel". Try again. |

midfinger: I guess you and your co-masturbators Is that what you got caught doing yesterday? here are trying to say that the report is a lie so that you can be able to sleep this night Provide 1, ONE sliver of evidence backing up the claim in the article. I'm waiting. what gain do u think the Israeli organization will derive to confirm that we came from Gad. Abi ,is it today the first time that you have been hearing of Igbos relationship with Gad. Learn about logical fallacies because that gibberish above is one massive non-sequitur. They merely confirmed it,and I don't think it was necessary because we don't need anyone's approval to say who we are ,ok? There is no "They". That article is abominable case of the sorry state of journalism in Nigeria: 0 citations, edited images to avoid Rev Image and baseless claims all through. |

I haven't had the time to go the whole myth-dump but this one caught my eye: Built2last: [-- snip --] (D) Father of internet and founder of the fastest computer in the world (PHILIP EMEAGWALI) etc.
[--snip --] That is a reprehensible myth, a demonstrable lie and you should be ashamed of yourself for posting that. - Father-S of the internet - Not a single mention of that name. - Fastest computer in the world - Sunway TaihuLight "developed by China’s National Research Center of Parallel Computer Engineering & Technology (NRCPC)". Philip Emeagwali's achievement? A liar that won some award in a competition. BTW, you don't "found" the fastest anything. |

All of it including the guy trying to trace lineage from Egypt. Just because someone write it on the internet isn't proof. Just because some White guys with skull caps and Jewish scarves say it isn't proof. Exactly! I checked the images to see if they were edited and the results were that it was not a direct camera image. DNA is science and that is the easiest thing to prove. Yup. Cubeet2: DNA don't lie, this arnt Nigerian scientists. So where are their results? This are reputable Israeli scientists, the same people who invented Microsoft, Facebook, Electricity, the list is endless, don't forget Isaac Newton. Mention the name of 1, ONE scientist who carried out this study and his reputation in the community. You should go do your research very well, a DNS test was carried out in a community in Ethiopia. You make a claim, you back it. No body is under any obligation to find evidence for your claims. So do you have evidence or is this hot air? |

Until you hear an official statement from Isreal, consider this news bunkum. MadCow1: Nothing was show. Not even the DNA maps.

sar33: International president Jewish voice ministries,Rabbi Jonathan Bernis and his team storm Nnewi to present confirmatory and DNA tests on the claims that the Igbo's are of Israel descent.
They were received by the chairman Caretaker committee, Nnewi North ,Prince Chukwudi Orizu, at Messianic Faith Assembly, Uruagu Nnewi.
Ngozi Obileri reports that this is their fourth visit to Anambra state in their quest to find the lost children of Israel.
According to the DNA result, it has been scientifically proven that the igbos are from Israel, from the clan of Gad precisely.

And BTW, this isn't my first rodeo with such mini-challenges so this isn't me being naive.
I did the FizzBuzz challenge, reversing an array without inbuilt functions, ... and something similar to this one from the CPP forum years ago, took a while but I did them. More recently, I also did a CSS challenge on the SitePoint forums albeit for no prize. When I submitted my code, the OP told me it was good but then used my answer to notify everyone to a "gotcha" that existed much like yours. He didn't blame it on the people who submitted their answers, claim he was clear in the OP and it was just our noobishness that was to blame or claim we would be the laughing stock of Facebook had we submitted our code to them, he just explained it. |

silento: don't use failure as an excuse to try some thing New Nope. This wasn't failure, this was you being unclear in your specifications. if the question was unclear clear why did you waste your time to even trying to write I expected all of your code to have the bug and that's why I said newbies only because newbies don't think beyond what they saw in pdfs So you were being disingenuous on purpose. Good to know. your Are afraid to write code that's your problem not mine go to the first page and I have posted the solution Dude, I fixed within minutes of you making up that rule so, again, nope, it's not a matter of being afraid. It's time to stop with the assumptions. in the world of programming every thing is a file which depends on another file
that what am trying to educate young devs here
JavaScript is a great language and there many libraries
have you asked yourself those people coding the libraries are they not human like you
yes they are but they spent more time than you do on your research and on you ide Um, how is this relevant? next time if you don't understand a question a client or and interviewer gave you ask question
this way they will know you know what you are doing
let assume that this function you coded it for Facebook
bros do you know that Facebook will be a laughing stock because it will detect boy as Boyne Nope. You're not a Facebook job interviewer and I've been on freelance job boards, their specifications are clear, yours wasn't as noted by orimion. It would be nice if you refrain from comparing yourself with Facebook or other such establishments. |

Hmm, you say you're using CSS3 but you're using float and position for that layout rather than flexbox. And why are you using inline event listeners? FYI, wrap your code in [ code ] actual code goes here... [/ code] to preserve the indentation. |

Hati13: Analyzing History from the perspective of the Bible will mostly result in inaccurate conclusion/s. Is this sarcasm? musicwriter: Phut and most other terminologies in ancient Egypt was gotten from the bible. The bible itself (old testament) was copied from the Egyptian Book of Coming Forth to Day from Nigh which was their own bible- the source of all other so called holy books. Another categorically false and unsubstantiated claim from the coward given the fact that the Bible, or specifically, the events described therein predates that book, also called the "Book of the Dead" (which is actually majorly a book of spells), by at least 500 years and any attempt to link the two would be the result of butchered logic. |

silento: I hope you guys learned a lot from this tiny problem
if some company paid you to wrote a code for them like this one and a after you code has this bug kiss it goodbye I know alot of dudes on nl that will know that matching any occurrence is a bug
if you think I cheated you guys go to stackoverflow and you will see that 86% of there code has this bug while alot of devs there have solved it which others stick with inbuilt buggy function I'm pretty sure an interviewer for a job would be clearer than you are with the specifications. |

silento: i don't to clarify it because it is so obvious
in English is you spell boy as aboy is not a boy again
Um, no it isn't. As orimion said above, your question was unclear and even the inbuilt functions of various languages, or JS at least, finds "words" whether they are fragments or solitary. |

like "under it" if matched to " my bed is under it but am cool"
it will return 1 to show that match was found
but 0 when "under" matched to"my bed is underneath it" I noticed this but I don't think you clarified it in the OP so I'm working on a fix for my solution now. |
