This is the fact of the matter. This recruitment would have been concluded long time ago but because we all ran to our politicians for help. The politicians in return went to NCDMB with their special list excluding you and I. And they ended up hijacking the entire process.

Management and HR team set to meet soon regarding the ongoing recruitment.

To clarify rumours going around about FCC interfering with this recruitment. It's just a false propaganda. FCC had already been given few slots prior to receiving recruitment approval.

Interview was suspended because of the various board projects behind this recruitment would just be completed by last quarter while the much-awaited project Train 7 ground-breaking was done today and work to start soon. I believe we wouldn't expect the board to recruit new-intakes and start paying salaries without productivity.

For the experience hire, kindly be active on LinkedIn as Saipem and other contractors have started recruiting for this project. Please keep your options open.

It's better nairaland closes this forum . I said this recruitment didn't meet requirements of employing excellent candidates.
1.FG agency advertised without name, how would they get excellent candidates?
2. The application site is unsecure .
3. Online tests that third party could help the candidates write the tests.
Some people even saying there would not be interviews and get employed by submitting documents.

My take on the issue of contacting your state’s commissioner (FCC).
1. They also have family and close friends
2. You might end up giving your details which can be used to be swapped with their on candidates.
3. Trade with caution.

Everyone has a commissioner in FCC, don't just seat at home to keep typing. Move, make calls, ask questions, seek for the phone number of your commissioner because at the end, question may arise, did you apply? Yes I applied will be your response, by the time you ask 10 person's from your state, one must come positive, I guarantee you that.

Federal Character Commission | FCC | has happened to NCDMB recruitment. Directly from source at National Oil Summit, National Conference Center Abuja..All the NNPC subsidiary where present and NCDMB wasn't an exception.

I have a feeling that this entire recruitment process was from the onset just one grand hoax. Somebody up there wanted to award a employment/recruitment contract to his/her person based on official one or two.

That explains why they weren't officially open & transparent with the organisation in charge.

But the way the guy described it to me. It seems real. He said he knows someone that wrote both the first and second test (testmi) and was posted to port Harcourt and he is currently doing his medicals at dangote refinery after NCDMB forwarded his files to dangote. I don't understand anymore

If you read about it on the site you will see it's something they register for..nd wait to be shortlisted for d programme

Please I heard they've accepted since march this year. What they do is post candidates to different companies where they need workers. Guys, How true is it?
