If you already submitted your application without upfront medicals, you can't do medicals on your own without them requesting for it.
So just be patient.
God's speed!

Deschain107:
Hey guys,
I was admitted into a UG program in UPEI in may, I applied for trv on June 9 (paper) but I'm dunno if it'll be processed in time for fall semester which begins on sept 6. I'd like to know if its possible to do medicals before being asked to in order to save as much time as possible. Thanks

@dere1 but international students can only work for 20 hours a week. Has that somehow changed? How is your friend working 5 hours daily from Mondays to Saturdays?

Gurus please answer this.

But let me answer the first question, you should look at Masters in Psychology if you are still interested in that field.

Disclaimer: this I have answered to the best of my knowledge see other people's opinions before deciding.

Best Regards.

kingWB:
Hi Guys. Thank you for the information and encouragements, I have to say you guys are the real heroes. I've being reading up on this for a while but I'll need your advise on a couple things. I'll be graduating Bsc psychology in a couple months and I would like to pursue a second degree in canada, naturally I opted for medicine (to specialize in psychiatry) but I soon realized that was right next to impossible. Now my questions are
1) What other courses can I pursue with my psychology certificate
2) if I decide to not Use my bsc and use my waec ,do I have to write another one because I have credit and distinctions in all but mathematics.
3) How difficult is it to make residency permanent with a student visa.
Thanks for your anticipated assistance
God bless

You can call them to ask but I strongly doubt if it would affect your medicals. When I did mine, I was on some antibiotics but they said it won't affect anything and it didn't.
As they only check for tb, hiv and the other similar ones.
Get well soon. smiley

Nolongthang:
Hi famz.. am about to take my upfront medical but right now I have a bit of malaria.. will it affect my medical in any way?

Koval12 don't allow anyone build house and furnish it with your N2.5m all Because they claim they can help you with your application. Trust me when I say, reading through has helped so many. Check different websites. Niaraland and Google should be your only agents! and they won't charge you (well except using up some data) grin Goodluck! smiley

koval12 READ AND GET INFORMATION! We all did our bit by reading. No one would dedicate their days and nights to helping you from beginning to the end. People that come on this forum come to get extra information after reading. Go and read just like the rest of us. And anything you don't find in the previous threads, you can come and ask!

Hi, likeababygirl please could you post your timeline and documents you submitted? What school are you going to? Were you asked to pay tuition before you got your visa approved?
