The NW is barely at 50% for both.
So who is more relevant?

Let us not even talk about the disparity in things like access to healthcare, infant and maternal mortality, access to drinkable water, e.t.c.

Or it could be a question of group IQ, which is more serious, because it would mean the dumbest demographics have produced the most presidents and politicians.

Let us look at the human developmental indexes of the various regions, and let us see how sidelined they are.
