Just finished submitting mine at Nddc office at Ukwa west , From Aba take a bus going to PH , stop at Obehie Juction ,pick a bike #200 or #250 ,straight to the office , the road is very bad, but its the quest, make sure you have 2 passports or you will be submitting another place, also ensure your name is written down , I over heard the Man attending to us that from 2moro which is wednesdays dat dey shud make sure ,dat non of dem collect money from the Applicants, BE WISE! !! !!!, The earlier the better , u know how late tins in 9ja ends up |
