This is not an invitation to CBT or Interview that should be done for all candidates at same time to give each candidate equal preparation time. This is hundreds of millions being handled by a few individuals to be paid to about 7k-9k pple, so why rush and make mistakes? why select a certain group of people and pay first then leave the rest for later(which would be meaningless and a waste of time since they plan to pay all)? This is just careful processing of payments to all candidates to avoid mistakes.

Obviously at the end of each candidate's interview, the panel secretary updates the interview scores of the candidate to the same database that includes the candidate's CBT score. This database also has the candidates arranged based on their states of origin etc.The candidate's bank, address and account number should have been asked by the panel secretary so as to input that while inputing the interview score. At the end of all interviews the database will be well organised and arranged in ascending or descending order of the candidates scores in their different states. It will be easy to cut of the top 45 from each state and send their reimbursements or send others theirs or send all at sametime.

Most Likely NNPC won't reimburse for logistics, at least in their last mail they would have asked candidates to update their preferred test centres before the 27th. This update will always register in their server which they can print out at anytime for use by examiners during candidate screening on exam day. Since it is CBT, all exam submissions will be sent to a central database, really don't see the big deal if a test centre can be changed.

By the grace of God am an NSE and COREN registered engineer. I graduated 2010. To begin this journey you need to budget 300k. let me break it down for you
Nse Registration 20k
NSE workshop both national and local 40k
Then depending on your center exam and other expenses 40k
when you pass the exam u pay over 60k election fee depending on your year of graduation
certificate and induction 50k
coren application 12k
coren stamp and certificate and seal 35k
Note your proposers for both NSE and COREN must be uptodate financially.
to get your coren certificate, seal and stamp you have to transport yourself to abuja so you factor in transportation cost.
Also note that you can fail the exam and pay fees to repeat it. the fees to pay depend on the module you failed.
