solbash11: To setup and successfully operate a USA PayPal account, you need the following requirements put in place standby:

* A USA phone number
* A USA bank account
* A USA IP address/VPN
* A USA address location

These requirements comes at a cost for you to get, unless if you have a friend/family abroad who can help you provide any of the requirements.

solbash11: To the best of my understanding, your PayPal account which you opened through First bank of Nigeria and linked with your first bank Naira MasterCard cannot RECEIVE money.

It is NOT advisable that you linked the payoneer card to that your PayPal account you registered through firstbanknigeria.com/PayPal because it comes with a Nigerian Profile.

To the best of my understanding, payoneer only comes with a US payment service that includes a virtual USA bank acct # with routing#, enabling you to receive money Only from companies operating within USA.

Meaning your PayPal acct must be setup with a USA profile for you to link it up with a payoneer card!

And then there is part of sending a card from far far away America to my door step in Nigeria for free: where does that happen?

Joy83: Since you have some element of doubt, I will say you should hold on first till they sent you shortlisting message.
Those things you wanted to change may not have any negative effect in the selection criteria, so just exercise some patience so that you won't use little thing to destroy the greater thing.

Like my very self, I have done mine since Wednesday like that, and I uploaded those documents that is no longer needed. Yet, I don't need to register or apply again. I only gave more than what is needed and not below... So WE ARE GOOD TO GO!!!

Joy83: That form number is very important. You will have to register again. It won't display the info when you application is successful. It is you that will click maybe review application or print application, I can remember now. So there, you will see all your details including these you are saying.
