Only way that would happen is if dembele refuses to go by his release clause being triggered. Then we'll be able to sit down and negotiate to a fair price for him but the chances are slim though as he and his agent are entitled to both half of the release clauses, 25m out of 50 if triggered before August 1st and 50m of 100 if triggered after July 31st.
