i downloaded the software bt it not working, What application or program do i need to make it work. its opening like notepad,

i called Glo, they were just telling me stories i couldn't understand, they asked me to do all the shutting down and restart and every other thing, i tried it, but it wont work, but if i use MTN, it will go one time,

Trying to connect to GLO internet using there modem, its giving error 619, connection port close. can anybody help me,  Just paid for the 500 perday and i have 200 as my minimum balance,  I need assistance,
