Yeah, sure! But you will have to pay each time you need WES to send your evaluation report to any other school.

You can't send your transcript to WES by yourself. You can only apply for your school to send it to WES if your school has direct partnership with WES. If they don't have direct partnership with WES, they will have to send it through ETX-NG. You will register with ETX-NG and put your ETX-NG reference number in your application letter. Your school will send it to ETX-NG while ETX-NG will in turn send it to WES.
EducationAuthentication Of Document At The Federal Ministry Of Education. by Cuphrey(op): 8:46am On Oct 28, 2022
I needed to authenticate my document for my Canadian study permit. When I got to the ministry of education, I met a woman at the entrance and I explained my mission to her, she directed me to a cyber caffe beside and the woman said she's gonna charge me #1500 to upload each document. This was wiered because from the findings I made from nairaland, I was supposed to pay #300 to upload each document. I offered to pay her #500 per document but she refused, so, I left her and asked for the main entrance to the ministry, when I got to the ministry, I met security guard who directed me to the cyber caffe at the right wing. When I got there, I was charge #300 per page. I ended up paying #4380 altogether. After that, I was directed the revenue where I collected receipt and moved to 8th floor by lift. I got to the 8th floor around 11:30am and they said that they had closed for the day. It was like a joke. They said they had given out the number for that day. All the pleadings and explaination did not help, so, I had to go back home. The following day, I got there by 7:30am and they started giving numbers by 8:30am. The first step was to have my appointment slip and other document checked. The appointment slip will be given to you at the cyber caffe. So, you won't have to go the bank for remita. After checking the document, you will be directed to another office where you will be given stickers. After that, you will be directed to another office where the woman will assist you stamp the stickers on your document and send them to another office for signature. The documents requires for authentication were: my waec, degree, and transcript. After that, I waited for a long time before they brought out my document. Unfortunately, they misplaced my original transcript. Please always CHECK your document before leaving the ministry. When I noticed that, I went back and reported to them. They told me to wait that they person will bring it back. Others advised me to shout and cause trouble. I was confused. I ran back to the ministry of foreing affairs where people always go to legalize their documents after leaving the ministry of education. I went there and made the annoucement there. Then returned to the ministry of education and met the woman eating. No body made any effort to search for my document. Thank God for wisdom. I requested for the register where applicant always write their names and phone numbers and began to call those who had collected their document for that day one by one. Fortunately, one of them said he found it but he was very far from the minstry. I rushed down to meet him at jabi and collected my original transcript. By the time I returned to the minstry of foreign affairs, they had closed for the day.

I needed to evaluate my academic transcript as part of the requirements for completing my application. I first registered with WES, paid for the evaluation, and obtained a reference number. After that, I went to my Alma mater and applied for my transcript to be sent to WES. Ignorantly, I didn't know that my school did not have direct partnership with WES. The person in charge of sending transcript said he had sent my transcript to WES for evaluation and that it might take up to 3 months for WES to reply. Ignorance is a disease. Thank God I don't go back home and rest. I went to my WES dashboard and contacted them to confirm receipt of my transcript. WES replied that they do not have direct partnership with my school. I went back to my school and complained that my transcript had not been delivered to WES and it was like a drama. Fortunately, I got the contact of my colleague who had gone through the same process of evaluation and he narrated his ordeal to me, how my school delayed him for one year and almost frustrated him. He advised me to register with ETX-NG. I did that imediately and obtained a reference number from ETX-NG. I went back to my Alma mater and applied for my transcript to be sent to ETX-NG using ETX-NG reference number. Again, the man almost frustrated me. He sent my transcript pages by pages instead of merging them and sendingg it as a single document. ETX-NG received my documents and forwarded them to WES the same day. WES received it and began to evaluate it. When they noticed some missing pages, they paused my evaluation and asked me to go back to my school and asked them to send the remaining pages of the transcript. It was very annoying. I did it and they sent it again to ETX-NG and ETX-NG forwarded it to WES and my evaluation was completed and sent to the university I was applying to. I didn't have to register and pay another money to ETX-NG the second time, I only contacted them and notified them of the missing documents. From my experience, WES is not always the cause of delay of documents evaluation, it is as a result of ignorance either on the part of the applicants or the university sending transcript to WES.
