103million indeed, how many of those figures are actually and not those registered for rigging as usual.
A country that doesn't know it's own population is the one saying talking about numbers.
Ofcos 50% turn up is simply not possible in Nigeria of today.

Uber leaving Nigeria isn’t really a big loss for Uber. If anything, it has left a void in the Nigerian e-hailing industry when it comes to quality rides, professionalism, and maintaining proper standards.

Uber simply refused to compromise its standards to fit into the abnormal norms, greed, and corruption that have unfortunately become common in Nigeria.

They have moved on, and I believe the real loss is ours as Nigerians, especially for those of us who genuinely value quality, professionalism, and standards.

You have said it all. Uber has a global standard that simply can't fit into the "madness" in this zoo.

Haven't been here for like 3 days, then last night I noticed the long pages and I knew something is cooking.

Choi....this life!

Which is better option between a 2014 Honda Accord and RX 330 in terms of reliability and durability. Please advise me

Hope you know you're trying to compare a 2014 saloon car with a 2005 SUV ??
That's grossly an unfair comparison if you ask me.

Well, only pick the Rx is you're looking for good ground clearance based on your daily commute.

I drove 407 for 8 years. Both are good but 607 is kind of stronger. 407 is very sensitive to Nigerian roads due to design flaws.( the front is too long so the front bumper can easily hit all pavements if you are new in it, the windshield is too slant that it exposes most part of the dashboard, thereby allowing sun to easily damage the Multi Function Display)

I drove the full option. Everything is sensor but I enjoyed the ride wella, for the 8 years I used it, I did not do any repairs at the back suspension only change of brake pads, nothing else for 8 years. Parts are everywhere, 4 cylinder is very fuel efficient. Run away from automatic transmission.(not that the auto tranny is entirely bad but almost almost parts of the vehicle have a relationship with the gear. Even a poorly inflated tyre or worn out tyre can result in "malfunction" of the gear. This is not really a malfunction but was designed for the drivers safety.

To enjoy 407 long term, consider 4 cylinder and manual transmission. avoid EW7 engine (it is too weak on the 407)

for your info, 407 and camry muscle are counterparts but they are not in the same league in term of functionality. The 407 is way ahead of the camry muscle.

@Ikenna351 knows better

Run ooo...this isn't original Honda ATF. It comes in small small containers in quartz.
All the best.

I’m having an intermittent issue with my car and need help diagnosing it.

The car starts normally and drives fine at first, but after some time on the road, I suddenly lose acceleration. When I press the accelerator, the engine is still running and RPM stays low, but the car does not respond or pick up speed properly.

If I turn the car off and restart it, it goes back to normal and drives fine again for a while, before the same issue returns.

You didn't state the car make,if its a honda then ur car dey enter "limp mode".

The only possible scam I see here is the 700k delivery fee. As for the 200k miles on the car, well I can tell you from experience that you have nothing to worry about. That car might be healthier than most rolled back cars you see out there.
All in all, you have got yourself a "machine" and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Please don't abuse a Honda, otherwise you will regret ever buying one.

Cheers 🍻

VIDEO: Effurun Shooting: IGP Olatunji Disu Orders Dismissal, Prosecution of ASP Nuhu Usman, Others

You read but you find it difficult to comprehend

Read only the topic before making that comment, have watched the video now and have a better scope of the whole saga.

Thanks anyway for the heads-up.

Cheers!

Its not enough to persecute that particular officer but the whole unit, cos they watched and did nothing to stop their colleague.

I still can't wrap my head around pedophiles....the thought alone is sick.

Jeez!!!

I actually bought 1030 yesterday night.

Kingdemu:
Good day guys. I've been using low end android (Infinix smart 5) and I want to move to a flagship as my last encounter with a one was days of Samsung S8. I'm particularly curious and have read online reviews on the Samsung S21 Ultra but I'm scared of screen issues. I don't want to go iOS way and I don't know anything about Google pixels untill someone mentioned it on Samsung thread. Pls would you advise I take the leap to a pixel or I go the Samsung way? How has been your experience with flagships when it comes to battery health and overheating? Or is there any device you'll recommend for me?

Note: I'm a moderately heavy user as I get not less than 10hrs screen time daily, but strictly social media apps and chrome. Might edit a document or two once in a while also.

If you're going for Samsung just go for anything from S22 ULTRA and above.... E get why.
My cousin will be coming in soon with some super clean UK used phones just incase you are interested.

Good news.... Can't wait to hear him speak on the motive behind committing this crime.
To imagine that he can shoot from that distance and hit his target is another thing.

RIP Mr. Kirk

Is it not this guy who engages students before the election and he is a Christian activists.

Exactly, he's the one. I got to know about him during the USA elections. His strong stands on PROLIFE and Christian values made me glue to his page then.

May his soul rest in peace!

Clean car

Legit, it's working... Done and dusted.
Job well done.

Kudos man!

minista94:
Good evening Nairalanders,

Please i just checked my transmission fluid and this is how the it's looking like.

It's just a toks corolla 2012, just arrived last week.

Is it due for change?

Your camera angle isn't doing justice to the color, nevertheless, drain and refill.

It's always best to start counting from your own oil change.

Good evening Sir.

Abeg how much is direct toks engine and gear Rav4 2004?

Call or WhatsApp 09065140078 for inspection and purchase now.

Happy new month!

Machini:
Even if the price of the Corolla was reduced to 2million.. I'll still take the Camry.

Lol.... Car theft is real mehnn.

Well, to the OP, I will advice you first scan both cars if you can. Gas leak in AC doesn't just happen cos the car has been parked for long, AC system is a closed unit. The leak might be something so small like O-ring or valve change or might be a big problem like compressor.
Is the compressor picking up at all once you put on the AC?

Run a proper inspection before purchase... All the best!

2023 on customs

adedayo77:
How will it not be available when the price is on high side? Things are fucking expensive in Nigeria and money is not easy to get.

You have said it all Sir.... Things are fvking expensive and no money on ground.
The price is fair for a year neatly used 2012 Corolla, the owner will definitely remove something for a serious buyer.

Still available

RIP good man. You will always be remembered for your humane personality.
Fare well!

Chidimercy:
I have checked it with another mechanic and he said is the fuel pump, he changed the fuel pump and the problem still persists. It jerks at 2 RPM and picks up almost immediately, please what do you suggest could be the problem based on your experience. The check engine is not on, the car requires a Premuim fuel since is 2010. Please what could be the problem?

Hope you still have your old fuel pump with you since it's not the culprit. Pls don't let people tamper with your car anyhow, since you are lucky to have someone who have had similar experience on the subject matter, get the contact of the guy so that he can walk you and your technician in enugu through the process of fixing it.
Alternatively, you can take the car to Lagos for him to fix or you get the Lagos guy to come to enugu.
Or you can contact Mrford he's on nairaland here and based in PH, he's the closest person to you that I know that can fix it. He's the guzzuzz of this area if you know what I mean.
All the best Sir.
