1. Lack of food; what's the feeding cost included in the tuition fees? If it wasn't then I don't see why it is difficult for the University to invite caterers to open restaurants to cook and sell to the student at friendly prices.

2. Lack of water: it is disgraceful that in a 21st century University we are still grappling with provision of clean drinking water. Nothing prevents the university from installing solar powered borehole at various points across the University ground. They have the resources to achieve this quite easily

3. Lack of lecturers: there could be a gang up among professors not to fulfill their teaching contract with the university. Either the university takes time to court or renegotiate the contract with them
