I doubt he imply you should return money but trust me, nothing will make one move close to a seller that so want to be the one maximizing gain at the expense of his buyer in stuff like this. Raising transaction fee a little bit so your buyer won't have to wait for 3 days won't be a bad thing, since you know so well sending with the default (which is the least) won't make the transaction to be picked for processing in time. But not to worry, we don't have to reason in that same way.
It got CONFIRMED eventually.
