Odikwa.... But did you make sure the stamp and signature on your statement is clear and legible enough? It took me like 3 different statement printout and I have to change to another branch to get a legible one. I got my refund and my account restriction lifted.

They will say stamp after that iban number after that..many unnecessary things just for them no to send the money

Pls... Whatever you decide to do, DONT attach someone else statement. Go to your bank and request a well stamped and signed statement of account. They will probably not ask for card details. Just your statement should do, you might just be lucky. But trust me, if you attach someone's statement, just forget the account.

Good morning! I saw your post about Neteller restrictions on your acct. What they requested was your own account statement and the name you signed up with must be on the statement of account you will upload and the arrangement of the name doesn't matter and please never heed to the suggestion of a nairalander who said you should Photoshop the name, "Red Flag", they will know no matter how good the person who did the Photoshop is. The name arrangement doesn't matter caus they are not stupid.
The mistake you made was that you uploaded funds from a third party bank account. Neteller doesn't encourage this cus of AML/KYC, I know this cus I enquired from them and they told me outrightly that my account will be blocked.
My suggestion will be you attach the person's statement of account with it and specifically explain to them what you did and that you aren't aware that is a red flag by uploading fund from a third party account. Cheers and good luck. Cus you sure need it bro.

Pele.... They can be that crazy, don't fret too much tho, you might just be lucky. I have been there and back, got my refund and left the account locked for almost a month til i gather the courage to slam them with my account statement. I got the restriction lifted afterward.
