I was just be defrauded this year by a guy I met on nairaland this year. He claimed to be a web designer and I paid him to design some sites and up till 3 months the sites are not yet designed. I will be uploading his details and transactions I had with him

My Hp mini laptop Is freezing & hanging

I even have to transfer most of my files in my hp mini laptop to my external hard drive to create free space in my hp mini laptop but my hp mini laptop is still freezing & hanging

My google chrome freezes, my operamini freezes, my corel draw is even the worst

Corel draw takes forever before it can open on my laptop and my Hp mini laptop was not having this problem before

If I want to shut down, a message will display that I dont have permission to shut down and at this level, no files will open again in my laptop

When I click on any file then, a message will display to me that file is not found until I manually shut down my hp mini laptop and on it again before files can be found temporaly

I need ur help urgently computer gurus
