wapco has been deceiving shareholders with high eps without cash from operation. i pointed this out in many of their Q report in the past even before their plan to do right issue the reason have a long spoon to dine with them

That is why if they raise the 39b and offset part of the loans, it shows they will be saving like 15 to 21% of the N39. That is the interest if they got from the bank. This should cause a reduction in finance cost somehow.

The rights will be oversubscribed. They will use the N39 to offset their loans. This will reduce finance cost and improve PAT.

This amount should add like N6b to N8b in PAT.

Just imagine that it had been inputted into this result, then use add that increase to the PAT and increase OS by 1.4b

this guy get debt for head sha.... 25b just for financial cost, more than the revenue of some company.

Flourmil price was based on Q2 , expecting Q3 by end of this month. with q2 the company is very healthy with good free cash flow. hope they can repeat same at 2nd half of the year end.
Flourmil suppose to move in price more with this BULL. the cause of not moving faster in my opinion was the plan right issues. the plan that owners of the shares as at the date last year qualified for the right but post dated buyer does not.

owners can SELL and still qualify but buyer will not. so what do you expect? i think d reasons offer plenty over bid sometime.

owner last year sold at N34/35 already sold his share but still on the company's register for specific number of shares at N27 dis GOOD deal
some interested buyer now refuse to buy waiting for the share price move near to N27 or below before buying. may be reason the price fell to N28 on the announcement but thank GOD to mr BULL.

i don't think the share price will suffer much if no dividend is declared unless there is a general mkt bearish
the best decision is for the shareholder to zero mind on DF dividend... if it comes we take it as a bonus from Alhaji, apart from the recovery into positive accumulated profit, DF have negative FCFE as at Q3. ^{a good gauge to predict if a company hav d capacity to pay div}

Alhaji has proved to the shareholder that DF have brighter future with the kind of result being released since taken over from tiger brand. as at Q3 DF fair price was N25, it was N18 if we did not consider the profit from sales of noddle.

assuming they achieve N2B profit for the last Q of 2017 in addition to Q3 i don't see how the mkt will punish this stock for not paying dividend this year.
