similar thing is going on in banking stock right now.. valuation of bank like Access/uba is above N50 how and when will it get there is the issues

can the valuation be consistent? what will move it there i dont know all i know is the bank is undervalued at cp

Some of those buildings are even giving me headaches now.Some tenants causing problems that attract police and sometimes my attention is needed and this drags me home emergency.
I will not discourage anyone who wants to go into property.property is a safe refuge.stocks may crash and your properties will serve as a passive income for the period.

most of us learn that in hard way. one of my bad experience is one I have around one polytechnic with d intention to make cool cash from student. lol first year was good as payment came easy. the following payment was not coming atall excuses upon excuses delaying paying till they finish school to run away. lol student sublet sitting room, sublet corridor even kitchen to their fellow student. at d end when they left even their first payment not cover renovation money i spent.

okay u missed both stock above, again we said any money left should be channel into the bank that yet to release Q2. to get d clue clear we said pple are ignoring UBA at then price , that uba will cross 20 at their korokoro eyes. the rest is story today and UBA is going many places watch out

so when u no see us here we just day cool in our hole watching how our sweat cash growing like a grass

Those investments are not much financially and are not in the townships but rural area in the Eastern part of our country but I am proud to have them.At my age of below 45,i am a well respected person in my kindred and community.
