What many of you don't understand is that anybody (including you) can control the market if you have the money. It is all about who holds the cash and how the person chooses to spend the cash.

Anyone with the right amount of money can dictate the closing price of just about any stock (of course within the day's limits). It doesn't always have to be the market makers or some cabal somewhere inside NSE. Independent individuals making their own decisions have as much power as any other person. I have seen my own 800million naira transactions move the price of a stock right before my very eyes. No magomago.

you can't be trading any of this pair EUR.AUD,, GBP.AUD,,,EUR.NZD ,,,,GBP.NZD with 50pips SL and expect good result. though you might be lucky something but very sure you will be wrong most of the time.

all my trading pair will fall but the fall we are seeing now is not the real fall.... the pair would likely move up first to form the pattern before the real fall.

so am willing to buy 1st and sell later when the pattern form.

The Differences is that I OgboRaph Combine all style of Trading together, i am a guy that do Scalping (jump), intra day trading , i swing, i hold positions for long, (Ant Man?) But i Look out for the Main Trend on Daily, weekly and Monthly chat and follow that trend. Then i do counter trend on lower time frames like 15Min chart and 30min knowing that the market must (i said must) retrace to 50% fibo after overbought or over sold (resistance 3 level or support 3 level) then i take advantage of it breakout of 15min to get some pips 30pips at list depending on my Chart targets. and same time i only take part profit following the Bigger time frame TRENDING DIRECTION and leaving small of the left part to run. i may place a TRADE on buy with 0.10lot and when it get to 50pips i will close only 0.05 leaving 0.05mo and as it get to 150pips i may take another 0.03 to run for weeks

so you call this Gambling? my oga please teach me more i am ready to learn oh honestly so that i can add it to my trading pattern but also take a look at my friday trading because of the upcoming NFP I did not trade mush.

single candle is not enough but the formation will gives the clue to speculate the likely next action

you can do past movement but the present is better because many up/down happen before a candle finally close at the end of the tf

GBP.NZD this week to date is a perfect example i call forex a winchy ,,even when the pattern you trade comes you can still loose before it goes your way if proper care is not taken,,,, some commodities is not always like that. forex is meant to frustrate retail traders especially those with tight SL. so your friend is somehow right

i agreed with your friend on stand that pattern on commodities like oil don't frequently change and one can easily be successful by identifying 1 pattern that work well for you and continuing trading it successfully without much huddle but forex is winch brother,,,, pattern change frequently but all you need to do is train yourself well with CANDLE,, each candle printed carry own message. identify few pair that you think you can handle and invest your time watching candle price like no tomorrow ,,, identify pattern you would like to continuing trading and develop your strategy base on it. trade it when you see your pattern without fear. even if you fear self you will lose so free your mind if you don't see your pattern. stand out and watch.... is part of tradiing
