RabbiDoracle: I got N55 per unit as the FCFF.
So they can pay N42 without borrowing. with formula below, i see no way you can arrive at this N55 per share. pls show me if i am missing something RabbiDoracle: Effectively it is like PAT + D &A - Capital expenses - WC
PAT = EBIT (1- Tax rate)

RabbiDoracle: How did you arrive at N17 per share?
Is that meant to be the dividend? Boss, na free cash flow I calculate o and it doesn't mean they should pay all as dividend but they want to pay N43 Anyway companys with negative cash flow pay dividend |

Kingchuks: Nestle http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/21039_NESTLE_NIGERIA_PLC._FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_MARCH_2018.pdf The best so far! Great company with excellent performance, this company may continue selling at this super premium , but the dividend proposed look to me like a pressure on the management to justify the current price. looking at the report, available cash without pressure on the company's book is around N17 per share, they know if they declear this or less, the yield is going to look ridiculous and the mkt may vex to punish the stock they don't want this to happen by looking for cash to pay more still at 3% yield How long are they going to continue this way, only time will tell |

awesomeJ: CP, did you notice that Agba said there'd be a reversal on AFRIPRUD's bashing today. Did you notice that despite all odds, this happened. Which quarter's result did he extrapolate to know that? this doesn't mean he is an insider but experience investor,,, Agba has been in mkt for several year during which he even acquired his docy it easy to predict the rise after 3 days of pullback, Afripud did nothing bad for given out 40k dividend mkt just punish the stock to the expected dividend yield. cc vee do vee |

RabbiDoracle: What if you buy the group stock at €47 [N20,210] per unit?
It is a good hedge against falling Naira. what if you decide to buy Arsenal stock £29,000 [N14,500,000] per unit? chai! i thought this stock was too high for £16,000 in 2012 , it was £20,000 3rd Q of last year. now £29k oga emma and tritri come and see o, your N145m will buy you only 10unit of Arsenal stock |

Agbalowomeri: Even your diversification should be concentrated when you get too much money. I don't see any sense in owning truck loads of companies you cannot monitor with thin dividends. When dividend alert hit your phone, your battery suppose die immediately pa emma owning many on NSE, he even owning some on NASD when you are big, you are large |
