I just got admitted into lasu to study accounting. I got 71% , chose them as second choice and i'm frm Edo state. No runs or anything. It's just God's grace

This is to inform all admitted candidates that the processing of admissions for 2016/2017 academic session has since commenced. Consequently, all admitted candidates are to pay all relevant fees: acceptance fee and tuition fee to enable them obtain their matriculation numbers online.

All admitted candidates are to follow the guidelines for the processing of their admission as detailed below:

PROCEDURE:
Please, find below steps for processing of admission:

Step 1: Check Admission Status.
Step 2: If admitted, Pay Acceptance Fee.
Step 3: Start Clearance.
Step 4: Check Clearance Status.
Step 5: If Clearance Status shows 'CLEARED', proceed to Payment of School fees (for automatic online generation of Matriculation Number), Hostel Accommodation fee e.t.c.
Step 6: Register your courses.
At the completion of the payment of all relevant fees and online generation of matriculation number, all admitted candidates are to submit their files containing the following to the Faculty Officer at their various Faculties:

-Copy of their e-admission slip.
-Copy of their verification/clearance page.
-Copy of their online-generated Matriculation number page.
-Copies of the University receipt for all relevant fees paid online.
-Copies of all relevant credentials.

Students are advised to collect their University receipt for Acceptance, Tuition and Hostel Accommodation Fee from the University Faculty Accountants attached to their Faculty.

All admitted students are to visit the University's web site at www.aauekpoma.edu.ng and portal at https://aaue.waeup.org for further details on the guidelines for the processing of their admissions.
Please note that the deadline for the processing of all admissions and the payment of all relevant fees is Thursday 15th December, 2016.

Admitted students, parents and guardians are to be guided by the above information.

Ambrose Alli University has been set in a state
of Sigma Bragabum as students shut down the
University Community Due to the Increment of
Schools fees by the school management.
A Protest which started Peacefully at about 6
a.m this Morning saw the gathering of over 4,000
students at the Main Campus and the College of
Basic Medicine.
No vehicle was allowed to enter the University
Premises, Not even the VC of the University was
allowed to go in, as a result, no University
activity was carried out today.
According to our source, things became bad when
two students were shot by Men of the Nigerian
Army, one in the leg, and the other in the Face.
Due to this, angry students burnt down a Trailer
conveying bags of Rice to the North, and all
the bags of rice were taken by Angry students
and Natives Present at the scene.
The Benin Auchi Express way was blocked by
students for over 5hours, and motorist had to
find other routes
Students Proceeded into the University, where they
vandalized doors and windows of the University
Newest Building, Donated by the ETF
Due to this, the University Authorities have
ordered all students to Vacate the Premises
before 4pm today. And All academic Activities
will be on a Halt for Now.
The students Continue with their Aluta Spirit, and
they have threatened that if something is not
done about the school fees hike, A National
Congress will be held.
The National Association of Nigerian Students is
aware of this Protest, and Representatives from
the Union were Present at the scene of the
Protest.

<b> *AAU ORDERS IMMEDIATE CLOSE DOWN OF SCHOOL;GIVE STUDENT 24HRS TO VACATE PREMISES*

Senate at its emergency meeting held on Monday, 14th November, 2016, reviewed the circumstances leading to wild jubilation by students on Monday, 14th November, 2016, and resolved as follows:
1) That Senate condemned the the action of the students which it considered uncalled for and unwarranted
2) Flowing from the above, Senate decided that all academic activities in the University be suspended immediately .
3) That all students should vacate the campus latest 4: 00 pm today, Monday, 14th November, 2016.
4) That, other academic activities and normal University work is not affected by this decision of Senate. The offices, should remain opened.
5) That students, Parents, Guardians and the general public should take note and comply in their own interest.

Good afternoon.. Today's protest was serious. It started at about 5am when students blocked the gate of the game now campus saying no movement in or out campus... The protest was later extended to dha high federal road where students disrupted movement withing Benin lokoja express way.. At first , police men came aND the students were bent on not leaving dha school premises until something is done about dha school fees... The protesters marched from the main campus to the college ti activities were also disrupted there and the college gate was locked and all collegians marched to dha main campus to join dha protest..

Information has it dhat two students were shot which prompted the protesters to engage in violent activities which included destruction of trailers,and burning of heavy duty vehicle carrying bags of rice.. It was later said dhat the protesters after dha word of dha NANS president, freed the federal high way and burnt tires at the school gate.. For now, no movement in ND out campus as the environment isn't conducive at all..

WOW.... i have hope now... the first girl dat got admitted in accounting is frm delta state and she got 77% another girl admitted in accounting is from Edo state and she score 68%. and i m frm Edo state and i got 71% i applied for accounting.... God please let me be admitted toooooo.
And who has noticed, i tried downloading my screening result but its nt working...... maybe they are already working on our admissions...... lets be calm please.
