Cutem: You can register using your VFS slip if you plan to study from Nigeria. However, if you are coming to a school with tuition remission, I would advise that you wait until you receive your visa before registering. Ultimately, the decision is yours.
Good luck. |

B2kbolaji: Good evening all,
I applied for a South African study visa for a PhD on the 16th of December, 2025, and I have heard nothing yet. The school have resumed already resumed, and I also need the study visa for registration You can use your VFS slip to register, but I will advise that if you are going to a school that has tuition remission, you wait till you can sort your visa issue before you register, preferably you resume in the second semester. Goodluck |
