you are handling fct as a single case. they said fct doesnt mean it to be single they are adding it up as an appendage to other states as people normally do. so what this means os thT he needs to have 2/3 of votes casts in all states FCT included.. not FCT alone. so even if he doesnt win FCT he can still be president with 2/3 of votes cast in all states.

Then u know little or nothing about electoral laws...... It says AND FCT..... u must, it's a must u have 25% in Fct, most people don't know this.... That's d law
