I MEAN WE'VE NOT YET BEEN COMFIRMED, SO WHY THE RUSH UBE TEACHERS IN OYIGBO LGA WERE ALL MANDATED TO OPEN A PENSION FUND ACCOUNT WITH FIDELITY BANK. WE WERE MADE TO UNDERSTAND THAT 7.5% (5K PLUS) SHALL HENCEFORTH BE DEDUCTED FROM OUR MONTHLY SALARIES. AM SUSPECTING FOUL PLAY HERE. PENSION FUNDING IS SUPPOSED TO BE VOLUNTARY AND SHOULD COME AFTER COMFIRMATION. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY (wetin concern agbero with overload?)

Am pragmatically exhilarated and ecclesiastically overwhelmed at the turn of event. The government is supposed to be a tool for social engineering and economic upliftment of the citizenry, the Amaechi government has proven meritorious on this;therefore He deserves a splufic commendation for upholding transparency in the process. I extol the laudable process and envisage that other Government learn from the process, as we all synedochically annihilate the godfatherism clause in our beloved country. which ever way they are planning to release the long awaited list, either through the list containing the prospective teachers and their places of assignment or just the list with the names only, all that should be of paramount importance to us is our names been on the list. I know government activities are usually characterised by red tapism and bureaucratic bottleneck. Just Go about your everyday business and ventures while waiting and hoping for the best. I got information that the exercise won't exceed May 1. (Workers day) cos it was last year's workers day that gave birth to the recruitment process. Exactly a year ago. I pray its true.

The elongated process has annihilated the perspicacity that was once applauded by all. The admirable recruitment has encapsulated many in a cataclismic catharsis and subliminal inclination, putting most in a clairvoyant state. The government has lost its palatable taste amongst the subjugated youths. Their democratic abracadabra and irrational myopia,has lost flavour as she continuously steer in the wheel of an appalling political configuration that has been engulfed in a shambolic malady. The issue of calling successful candidates surreptitiously via mobile phone would be a mirage and will only instigate a malicious attempt to hijack the whole process by highly connected individuals. A recruitment of this nature should be conspicuously done to ensure credibility and merit, it should be pasted the way it has always been done. Moreover, it would be a herculean task on the part of the board to reach everyone via phone. In order to prevent nepotism and abysmal inconsistency from marring the whole process,there is need for transparency.
