Thanks for the response. How can I reach out to TLS. I have not been able to find their phone number or email online. Only he parent can collect on their behalf and not a proxy.

Can you raise this request with TLS so they advise?

Alternatively arrange for someone you trust to collect it on your behalf and send the relevant collection mail and consent letter to do so

The passport is for my nieces and they are currently not in Lagos and I cannot collect it physically for them.

POF can be uploaded as a single or separate document but please specify your application that you have uploaded 2 bank statement at different currency so it isn't overlooked.

Don't worry ECO is trained to do the job

Please help, if one wants to upload POF in dom account and naira account, how is one going to do it. upload them separately or as one single document? and how will the ECO calculate the required POF?

If one want to use a GT naira account and GT DOM account for POF for MA and dependants. Is there any special thing to take note of? is there a cover letter, or are the two bank statements supposed to be joined and uploaded as one. Kindly advice.
