Business / Re: Commercial Banks Offering Collateral Free Loan With 4 Years Repayment by cynim: 1:25pm On Jan 07, 2015
damilolami:

Recently I received a message from my bank that I was selected for a collateral free loan. Initially I thought it was a scam but I applied and filled the necessary documents only for me to receive an alert a couple of hours ago crediting my account to the stipulated price. The repayment plan is monthly for four years at 23% interest rate. However I can decide to pay up before the expiration of four years. This came right on time when my business needs it.
Bottom line, I think our banks are waking up to their counterparts' strategies in developed nations.
OPINIONS please!!!

Hello... what branch did u get this facility? and can u state the amount gotten? Thanks

Hello Cynim, I have gone through the page on the link you sent. can you tell me more about your business, cost of unit productions, how you plan to sell and scale up. Your general plan for growth and maybe where you hope to be in the next 5 years. If I'm convinced about what you are doing, I plan to invest for equity if you are ok with that. send info to ask9ja@gmail.com
Hello...

Try Stanbic Bank they give without collateral. Ask for their SME plan.
You fill the form and do a test I think. And repayment is four years. Don't do that 25% monthly ooo. Its too much it's higher than a bank's rate sef.

Having seen some threads here about how to do Ankara shoes, bags
and ear rings in the past, I came up with an idea in order to empower
interested people on some projects such as, wire works, bead works,
wrapping of bangles and any other project as time goes on.Interested
candidates should indicate before I start anything.Answers to questions
and upload of pictures and tutorials might be delayed as I have to
attend to customers and apprentices needs.

Materials needed for our first project (Curve spiral pendant):-

1).Cutter

2).Round nose plier

3).Wire

4).Measuring tape or Ruler

5).Beads

Hi Anthonia do u know where I can make belts and cuff links with fabrics here in Lagos?
Thanks

Business / My Fashion Business Journey..... by cynim: 12:06pm On Aug 13, 2014
I run a fashion outfit CYNIM which designs, and produce male and female custom shirts.
This thread is going to be my day to day journey of how I try to manage and create a sustainable fashion business.
I recently left my job like 7months ago to face the business fully.
It's has been a tedious journey.
I have had issues with tailors especially.
Been trying to come up with a system for production, still thinking of how to do that.
As at now, turned a room in my place to a factory. The tailors I recruited don't stay for long, most complain about distance(Ajah) and I have no accommodation for them. I started looking for a place that I could rent and pay monthly but have not been successful so far.
If you have any advise on how to go about please drop it here thank you.

I'm sorry I don't understand? The tailor will work in the office and the only thing he will do is cut and sew.
Jobs/Vacancies / Tailors Wanted by cynim: 9:48am On Jul 25, 2014
Are you a tailor? Can you sew office shirts and blouses? A fashion company at Ajah Lagos, is in need of tailor that can sew male and female shirts. You should be able to sew with less supervision. Staying on the island is an added advantage.
Should be available to work 5-6 days a week.
Call 08060154574 if interested
