Business / How To Get Insurance Leads From Facebook by cynthiabesty: 11:15am On Jul 27, 2018 |
“Can I get insurance leads from Facebook?” The short answer is YES. Let’s look at some of the must-haves to see lead results from Facebook. Lead Generation Ads When you first create a Facebook ad, you have to choose what kind of campaign you will be running. There are a lot of options! Most agents create a post on their agency Facebook page and “boost” it. While this is a type of ad (called a Post Engagement), it’s not the best for leads. It is a great option for getting your post to reach more people! For example, you might share a picture of your referral reward winner for the month and boost the post so that more people see the referral information. The next most popular option is creating a Traffic ad. This is where you create an ad that is shown to people locally. When they click on the ad, they are sent to your website or your quote landing page. This is a good option for getting people to your website. You’ll see lots of clicks and visits from local people. But if you want to generate the most direct leads – people entering their contact information for you to follow up – then you need to run Lead Generation ads. CHECK ALSO: Complete List of 2018 Tuition Free Universities in Norway and Admission Requirements But here’s the deal…most agents won’t run these because they’re harder to setup and require a little more tech know-how than a basic traffic ad. So what do you need to know BEFORE using a Lead Generation ad? #1 – The leads aren’t .....READ MORE |

Education / 7 Things To Ponder If You’re Planning To Study Abroad by cynthiabesty: 1:12am On May 31, 2018 |
All that glisters is not gold; we’re all familiar with this saying. Similarly, studying abroad sounds so appealing when all you can do is think about it, but you face harsh realities in life when you’re actually there. It goes the same for a lot of other things as well other than just for studying abroad or visiting a foreign country. Many students face depression and become homesick. They lose all interest because they begin to understand the value of the company around them which they left behind. But if things don’t come up to your expectations, don’t be disheartened and quit just because you happen to have lost interest. You worked hard to get where you are, didn’t you? To avoid any such mishaps, it’s better to evaluate and judge for yourself if you’re really ready to go study abroad. Will you be able to cope and manage all the unfamiliar situations you encounter? The cultural difference alone can on its own squish you. Other than that you have to face religious, political and other such circumstances which dictate your way of living. If you think you have what it takes to adapt to all these things, then read on and consider the following points so that you can avoid any major inconveniences. Decide on these before you travel abroad 1. Gain Adequate.....continue reading |
Education / 10 Top Tips On How To Best Manage Your Time As A Student by cynthiabesty: 12:59am On May 31, 2018 |
College years are always associated with intense flow of events: this is the time of being active, multitasking like a superhero, making a dozen of friends in one day and studying the whole subject in just one night. Being young and courageous definitely has its benefits. Students can do thousands of things in just one day, so I came up with the list of technics that will help you work effectively and accomplish more. 1). Follow a big picture Create a yearly calendar to plan the peaks and slow periods of your workloads. School tasks are not something you can do over one day, but the good thing is that you almost always know when the big assignments are planned and can distribute your workload accordingly. For better result accuracy, break this big yearly plan into monthly and weekly ones. But don’t forget to modify it when the week/month performance isn’t as expected. Of course, sticking to the plan is always tough, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t improvise or set priorities. Here is a good way to do it. 2). Put everything in writing Believe me when I say that you don’t look like your grandma when you write down your action plan: things to buy, people to talk to, books to consult, projects to manage… It is important to organize your schedule on the paper in a visual way. The trick is that when you write things down, you automatically prioritize your tasks (you wouldn’t bother to take a pen to write about something trivial) and can see when you are taking too much load, what you can live without or what things can be postponed for later. Additionally, when you keep your short-term memory free of such practicalities, as remembering to meet your professor about the paper, you are better equipped with exercising your creative energy and open to new ideas hitting you spontaneously. 3). One day = one project What do you feel when you open up a written work plan and see 10 different subjects, essays and projects to complete? Right, you feel stressed: your heart is racing, your mind can’t grasp where to begin, your brain automatically seeks for distraction: a clear and well-defined distraction that is easy to distinguish and quick to accomplish. This distraction becomes writing an email, eating a portion of ice cream, watching TV – anything but actual studying..........continue reading |

Education / They Once Said I Would Never Make It. – What A Cliche by cynthiabesty: 7:34am On May 23, 2018 |
Many times, you will hear a successful person say something like “They once told me I would never make it, but here I am today…blah blah” If you are not careful, you might fall wrongly for that statement. The intention behind the statement is to inspire others, but if you do not stop to think, it might make you live your life perpetually as a mediocre without realizing it. Let me explain. If you check the story of these successful people, they started out as rough diamonds, trying to get appreciated for their ‘potentials’. The quality of their work at that time is usually a far cry from the quality of their work as at the time of....continue reading |
