Bros APC and PDP are recycle of each other. And yes they have been seriously cheating on us. What we have in the PDP and APC are bunch of RULERS and not LEADERS. A Ruler subjects his followers to slavery, while a LEADER encourages his followers to becoming Leaders as well. Choose wisely. A.N.N is a party where Everyone of Us will be Involved in the Project of a New Nigeria. hucienda: |

OFFICIAL PRESS STATEMENT ANN NOT FOR SALE It is no more a rumour or insinuation that Dr. Jay Osi Samuels is bent on selling Alliance for New Nigeria to the money bags. His antecedents and several attempts include offering the party to different groups starting with the Nigeria Intervention Movement (NIM), the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) and then the Nigeria Intervention Group (NIG). The NIG is the most recent and it would interest anyone that cares to know that the NIG is the structure of The Peoples Democratic Party led by Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim and that is the same structure that Dr. Jay Osi Samuels had single-handedly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with days prior to the National Convention of the party that held in August. In order to deliver on the commitments made to each other, they have both proceeded to organise a parallel Presidential Primary for today October 3rd 2018 and then are parading themselves as the Alliance for New Nigeria. They have even made a publication in the Punch Newspaper of October 1st 2018 signed by the National Secretary of the party, Alhaji Saheed Umar, where they have announced today as their Presidential Primary and the appointment of the erstwhile former interim chairman of the party as its Acting Chairman. It is therefore of necessity to bring this anomaly to the fore and alert the general public, relevant authorities and security agencies of the actions of both Dr. Jay Osi Samuels and Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim as fraudulent, misleading and having the potential to disturb public peace thereby causing anarchy and public unrest. The act of these individuals is far from the ideals and ethos of the Alliance for New Nigeria. Their approach at politicking through incitement and falsehood is a reflection that the Alliance for New Nigeria was almost being infiltrated and inflicted with the PDP and APC virus of corruption, nepotism, self-aggrandisement and violence. It is important to state unequivocally that the Alliance for New Nigeria is not for sale. Not to Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim or to anyone for that matter. The party is not a party of money bags, it is not a party of corrupt individuals who use their ill-gotten wealth to stiffen development, deprive Nigerians and rape them of their rights through intimidation and divisive acts. As a political party driven by sound principles, the Alliance for New Nigeria is determined to ensure that no single individual would be bigger than the party and that a level playing field is available to every Nigerian irrespective of their class, religion and region to aspire to elective positions in the country on its platform and would always stand by the core tenets of its principles of Transparency, Integrity and Excellence. And for this reason, the Alliance for New Nigeria would not be a party where the usual money politics would be the order, where one of its aspirants specifically Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim is unrelenting on using his old ways to corrupt the party and has been inviting the members of the party and inciting them with money and promise of cars. Actions such as this are completely at variance with what the party stands for and is working towards for a New Nigeria come 2019. It is therefore evident that the actions of Mr. Olawepo-Hashim and his partners Dr. Jay Osi Samuels are revelation of their several individual and collective intentions to destabilise the party and cause reputational loss to the party. The party through its National Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Dania therefore calls on the general public and the relevant authorities including security agencies to disregard and also put a search light on the dealings between these individuals who are nothing but agents of the old order and are bent on ensuring that the dream for a New Nigeria is not achieved. This same position was shared by the Board of Trustees of the party in a communique signed by the Secretary of the BoT, Ms. Aiseosa Osaghae, where the BoT passed a vote of confidence on the National Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Dania and also re-affirmed the outcome of the Presidential Primary of Saturday, September 29th, 2018 that produced Mr. Fela Durotoye as the party’s Presidential Candidate in the 2019 general elections. I want all the young people who have visions for their tomorrow and who are really tired of what is happening in Nigeria to please support the moment of "Not to Young to Run for President or any political office in Nigeria" The Presidential Candidate is Fela Durotoye. He believes and loves the youths development so much...many lives has been change constructively through. The change we desire is in how own hands. Let us make history together and let us stop recycling father's. Have you ever tried changing the mind of your father towards the way he governs the family affairs? You would notice he would not change because adults are configured by their mentality of experience even when they know you are saying the truth. Therefore the family keeps running the same old way in cycles. Same is the situation of our dear Nigeria. Let us support this movement. Only the youth has this change in their gene... Because we are the voice and the strengthen of the nation. The ANN party will not bribe you to vote them in nor compromise his standards but to make you see reason while you should vote. Your vote is your right. Don't sell your vote for a plate of food like Esau and suffer for the next 4years... We have suffered for 58 years living in fading hopes presented to us by our noble fathers. ANN is the strength, bravery, invention and innovative force of this nation. Think wisely...what ever you want to achieve in the next four years, lies in the power of your vote. Fela Durotoye for President |
