naanxie: I read online that coconut oil is highly comedogenic(clog pores) xcpt the unprocessed natural oil! Av been using it for α while and hnstly,no break outs! I get mine from those women who sell herbal stuffs! I mix with ori,olive oil and α dab of honey! Datz my moisturizer now!

if ori is giving you pimples..dat means its too heavy for your skin..just use d pure coconut oil alone..in my case i tried olive oil,it gave me pimples,i went for ori,it also gave me pimples,den i tried coconut oil,i never had pimples ,instead d coconut oil even cleared all d pimples..since den i have sticked with it..another thing i also discovered is dat wen i use dudu osun with coconut oil,it works but just dat i use to feel a burning sensation after bathing with d soap.seems its too harsh for my skin..(i have a very soft skin)instead i use okin soap to bath (just #35 in my place) and cream with my coconut oil..(i have a brown skin)

Hello nairalanders...wata guan...because i use to have pimples and acne scars i decided to change my soap from lux soap and joy soap to irish spring deodorant soap(d one with aloe vera)...i will like to know if anybody has used or is still using dis soap..and if it is good nd doesnt burn d face .and does it clear acne and blackspots....thanks...

In continuation to my post,take fruits dat are high in calories,,if u wanna add weight....avocado pear and walnut(asala in yoruba) are good examples....also,all d blue berries,strawberyy,raspberries...in short,all d berries fruit are also good with carrots...u can google more on fruits dat are high in calories....

Futhermore,i noticed dat my t-shirts dat were a little bigger dan me before has become body fitted...i noticed dat in my arms......

Well,4 me i have taken 5 bottles of wate-on thinking i will add weight and body mass,but my people...i no increase one bit...fortunately for me,2 months ago,stumbled on a website hosted by a nigerian who puts natural treatment for various diseases...concerning adding weight and looking pumpy,he said take 3diffrent types of fruit one hour after each meal i.e breakfast,lunch nd dinner/supper...i did it and before God and man,after just one week of doing it,people were saying i don big oo..say wetin i dey chop...even 4my church...peoples were saying i don big.....d interesting thing was dat...i added muscle to my body...mind you...i was slim before i started dis diet....
