Next year ..write their scholarship exam in your geo political zone.. And then wait for nomination by the Federal ministry of education.. Its a process though.. Registration link is not yet out.. You are expected to get your documents ready ... Europass CV, transcript, motivational letter etc |

The number of Stipendium Hungaricum applicants is continuously increasing as well as the number of available scholarship places. In the academic year 2017/2018 approximately 4000 students can begin their studies in Hungary in the framework of the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme. The programme is based on bilateral educational cooperation agreements signed between the Ministries responsible for education in the sending countries/territories and Hungary or between institutions. Currently more than 50 Sending Partners are engaged in the programme throughout 4 different continents. Offered Since: 2013 Type: Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for bachelor,master, one-tier master, doctoral andnon-degree programmes (preparatory and specialisation courses). In the Hungarian education system, one-tier master programmes cover both the bachelor and the master level of studies; therefore it is an undivided master programme that results in a master degree. These one-tier programmes are offered in specific study fields such as general medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, architecture, law, veterinary surgery, forestry engineering, etc. Eligibility: Applications will not be considered in the following cases: Hungarian citizens (including those with dual citizenships) former Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Holders, who are re-applying for studies in the same cycle of education (non-degree studies, bachelor, master, doctoral level) including both full time and partial study programmes Number of Awardees: Not specified Value of Scholarship: Tuition-free education exemption from the payment of tuition fee Monthly stipend non-degree, bachelor, master and one-tier master level: monthly amount of HUF 40 460 (cca EUR 130) contribution to the living expenses in Hungary, for 12 months a year, until the completion of studies doctoral level: according to the current Hungarian legislation, the monthly amount of scholarship is HUF 140 000 (cca EUR 450) for the first phase of education (4 semesters) and HUF 180 000 (cca EUR 580) for the second phase (4 semesters) – for 12 months a year, until completion of studies. Indian Government (ICCR) Scholarship for 900 African Undergraduate/Postgraduate Students 2017/2018 Government of India through the ICCR – Indian Council for Cultural Relations – is offering up to 900 scholarships for African students to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate and higher courses programme at Institutions/Universities in India. Application Deadline: 15th January 2017 | Offered annually? Yes Eligible Fields of Study: Scholarship is available for courses offered at Universities in India About Scholarship: At the inaugural plenary of the India – Africa Forum Summit held in New Delhi in April 2008, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India announced the Government of India’s initiative to enhance the academic opportunities for students of African countries in India by increasing the number of scholarships for them to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate and higher courses. The ICCR – Indian Council for Cultural Relations – implements this scheme on behalf of the Ministry of External Affairs. Type: undergraduate, post-graduate and higher courses Scholarships Eligibility Students applying for doctoral/ post doctoral courses should include a synopsis of the proposed area of research. Students wishing to study performing arts should, if possible, enclose video/ audio cassettes of their recorded performances. Candidates must have adequate knowledge of English. ICCR will not entertain applications which are sent to ICCR directly by the students or which are sent by local Embassies/High Commissions in New Delhi. Priority will be given to students who have never studied in India before. No application will be accepted for admission to courses in MBBS/MD or Dentistry/Nursing. Candidates may note that Indian universities/educational institution are autonomous and independent and hence have their own eligibility criteria which have to be fulfilled. Please also note that acceptance of application by the University is also not a guarantee of admission. A scholarship is awarded only when admission is confirmed by ICCR. Student must carry a proper visa. Students should ensure that they get the correct visa from the Indian Embassy/High Commission. Government of India guideline stipulate that if a scholar arrives without proper visa and his/her actual admission at the University/Institute does not materialize, he/she will be deported to his/her country. Before departing for India the scholars should seek a full briefing from the Indian Diplomatic Mission in their country about living conditions in India/the details of scholarship/the type and duration of the course to which he/she is admitted. Scholars should inform the Indian Embassy/High Commission of their travel schedule well in advance so that ICCR can make reception and other arrangements for them. Scholars are advised to bring some money with them to meet incidental expenditures on arrival in India.
