if its agent that did it. Just know you have been scammed. Did he do any job interview or got offer letter from a company in Australia too If not ma scam

Good day in the house, PLZ HELP ME OUT.... I was given a paper at the Turkey embassy that says:
Your visa application is Not Refused but it has been forwarded to turkish local authorities for further examination. This process is totally beyond the control of the embassy. What dose this mean? And hope it not a BIG PROLEM? My school starts on 16th of september.

i have been given admission in one of the university at Turkey, i have pay the skull fee and i have all the duc i need to have the visa, but the bank statement i have is a personal acct. Plz do i still need CERTIFICATE OF COMPANY INCORPORATION AND INCOME TAX CLEARANCE? I will be happy if u get back to me soon, i will be going for the interview on 7 of next month.
