I have received decision mail since last week but yet to receive pick up mail. I called UKVI today and was told I may have to wait for another 1 week to receive pick up mail. The delay is worrisome.

She did biometrics on November 25th.

Hi Santa2. My friend that submitted on November 25h received a decision mail today from UKVI Pretoria. Just thought I should update you. Did you receive any email? I'm hoping I would get mine before the end of this week.

372 per dollar as at the time i paid mine 2weeks ago and you have to register on paga and get upgraded to level 3 which is the main hurdle

My NL friends please with assist. I applied for Visa yesterday paid for the UK vI services booked a date for my biometric recieved emails to confirm my bookings and date. Only for me to log into my page and it’s showing me APPOINTMENT DATE NOT YET SET. I already have my appointment date confirmed via email. Please could this be an issue I even tried using the Amend button and it’s giving an authorization error message.

I also booked a date for myself and dependents. I just checked our TLS profile now and its showing Not set yet for Appointment Time and Date for all of us.

This should be a system glitch. I advise you check before and after midnight today as I would do the same. It may be due to server maintenance.

Any one experienced this? it does not give the option to make payment with paga when I try to pay for the visa fee. Its only paga verve amongst the options ( screenshot attached). I was able to pay for my IHS with paga.

Yes no option to pay with Paga. You can use a dollar card if you have one. It could be Master or Visa card but if you do not have a dollar card, you have to choose the Paga verve option, input your name, card details and phone number.

Hope it works.

Please who has done payment for either visa fees or any service on the UKVI platform using the Paga verve pathway and was debited yet no value and got refund. Pls i need ur help. Please do not ignore

Hello, Trust you are good? Sorry did paga refund the money that was debited from your bank card and how did you go about it if you were refunded.
I got debited yesterday for a failed transaction when I tried to pay for visa using Paga verve.
