The incident occurred in Odisha, approximately 137 miles southwest of Kolkata, when a passenger train derailed, causing severe damage to 10 to 12 train cars. Tragically, over 900 individuals were injured in the accident. Adding to the devastation, debris from the crash scattered onto another track, resulting in the derailment of three cars from a second passenger train.

Guys please let's discuss this objectively... Can you work in a place where you must submit your phone every morning and pick it up only when you close for the day by evening? Simply because they claim phones create distractions?

As for me, i rejected a job offer like that cos I see it as selfishness on the side of the management. What if there's an emergency that needs your urgent/immediate attention? Nobody would be able to get across to you.

Also, just take a minute and imagine the things you might loose because of such policy because your life do not revolve around that organization alone.
