Use the UKVI link to check your application. I submitted on 7th of june and did biometric on 15th of june.

In case you use the old one, pick child visitor visa category

I prefer this to the new one. No it does matter what you filled for an infant as this will be on record with home office for life.

I have decided and already started with this. My paga account can only access this old online portal. The new one wasn't accessible after several failed attempts. So this solves all my issues. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!! You, justwise and others have been so helpful.

Thanks for all your responses. You are all appreciated. I read somewhere online they allow e.g husband and wife even if appointment times are different. So i was wondering if its possible here in nigeria. Since obviously we are traveling together. @ ekpotek , I have already filled the new one. Will try to fill that one too.

Help!!!! I wasn't able to get same date and time for me and my daughter as appointment dates. I was only able to pick june 7 for myself and june 8th for her. Does anyone have any idea if they can attend to her same day as mine. I couldn't get same day this week except for next week for us both. I haven't clicked the pay button yet...

Any questions that does not apply to your baby. Enter "not applicable" or state "infant traveling with mother" Under amount requested, leave it blank. When you are booking appointment to submit on teleperformances website, you will be able to link the two applications and submit it as a group application.

Please I know I have to apply for my baby but what can I do about all the questions being asked for a toddler... Like e.g employment status : I put unemployed instead of student because she hasn't started sch yet. And pls what do I put in questions like how much do you want to spend......shld I put same amount as what I wrote in mine or I have to make another plan for her own cost of trip ?

I think from the content of the decision, It will appears that your husband was a bit careless filling the online form. The fact that he has a US visa is not a guarantee that he will get a U.K. visa automatically. If he intend to reapply, he must provide more detail on the purpose of his visit. He can also used the additional information space in the online form to provide a itinerary on where he will visit, as well as a detail budget. Importantly, he should enclose a written note to address the lapses pointed out by the ECO. Note there two online forms available for U.K. visa application. Which form did he filled? The old form request for more details on finances than the new form. While the new forms request for more details on purpose of visit and activities in the U.K.

Please Sir, I have applied for uk visas thrice in the last 6 yrs. I have gotten 6 months visa , 2 yrs visas( twice). I want to renew now and i feel i should apply for 6 months (with my toddler now) because the last 2 yrs visa i had, i only travelled once with the visa for a duration of 4 weeks only. I hope it wont be a problem applying for 6 months when i am meant to go for 2/5 yrs. Thanks

At Ikeja centre, the queue is short, intact there is no queue at all. From checking of documents to biometric capture took me ess that 10 mins. I guess because of this extra charges applicants are avoiding this centre.

Please I would like if you cant hint me on how you paid for the application. I want to apply for 6 months. The last time i applied in 2014 , i paid at vac thats why i am asking. I heard alot has changed. Thanks
