well i must say that while i have not had personal experinces with credit fraud, i have a friend who has and she says she wrote letters to the management of starcomms and even visited their office. the story was that's their policy and there is nothing they can do about it!!!!!!!! how do you say that to a cucstomer who has just lost her hard-earned money!!!!! anyway, my beef with starcomms is with their validity period. if i happen to load two N1000 naira cards,which have a validity period of 15 days each, i expect that my validity extends by 15 + 15 days. however it doesnt happen like that. the validty days dont add up!!!!!! what's the jist abouts that?
