Atiku is a liar according to the autobiographical book Reforming the Unreformable by Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. Atiku played no role in Ngozi coming into government.

The $460,000 was not tax but forfeited as proceeds of money laundering as detailed on page 56 of the 58 page court documents. Screenshot is attached below.
