In his statement to Euro-sport he said: "I think he is a fantastic player, he doesn't need to win the World Cup to be considered a fantastic player. He doesn't need to win the World Cup to be considered a historical player, in this decade. But for me, he is not the greatest of all time."
The Chelsea boss picked out Germany's midfield as an obvious strength, but said Argentina can compete, especially with an "outstanding" Javier Mascherano.

hehehehe.....Argentina have been fined 300,000 Swiss francs for failing to bring players to four pre-match new conferences during the World Cup. FIFA's disciplinary committee said Argentina had breached its media and marketing regulations in news conferences on the day before games against Nigeria, Switzerland, Belgium and Netherlands with only coach Alejandro Sabella present. "The objective is to allow media, and ultimately fans, to have an opportunity to follow a team's preparations," soccer's world governing body said.

Luis Suarez is considering a final bid to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) asking them to suspend the ban pending their verdict so he can play from the start of the season. Off course CAS could refuse the appeal, and if Suarez lost his appeal he would miss even more football matches; but if they agree, Suarez will be available at the start of the season and will lose the close-season part of his ban.
FIFA head of media Delia Fischer confirmed CAS could order the ban to be suspended while it dealt with the case. Suarez has 10 days to request the full written reasons for the appeal rejected by FIFA, after which he can lodge a further appeal with CAS , that is if he intends to pursue the matter.
Barcelona have offered the £75 million buy-out clause for Suarez, their doctor has been sent to Uruguay to asses him before a medical and Suarez Barelona's shirt are already been sold.

So, according to a state news agency, close to 200 Ghana fans at the World Cup have requested asylum in a Southern Brazilian city over the past week and officials expect the number to increase quickly.
Federal police in Caxias do Sul told Agency Brasil on Thursday that they expect more than 1,000 fans from Ghana to request asylum after entering the country on tourist visas to attend the month-long soccer tournament.

Police have confirmed that a 15-year-old committed suicide after watching Brazil lose 7-1 to Germany in the World Cup semi-finals.
Pragya Thapa, 15, from Sunsari district in east Nepal hanged herself after watching Brazil, who were her favorite suffer the embarrassing and surprising defeat.
According to Nepalese police officer: "She was anxious to see Brazil in the final, but it went down to Germany. Some of her friends started teasing her for supporting Brazil. Later in the morning, she took an extreme measure by hanging herself in her own room."
Her mother found her hanging from the ceiling in her room.
She was living with her mother and grandparents while her father was abroad working. Her body has been sent for an autopsy.
