Programming / Re: Nl Programming Section by DaGimp(m): 7:07am On Aug 16, 2011
I hate programming so much I am looking for a new career. I believe the amount of time I spend cracking my brain would do better in another field. It really sucks the brain most people I know don't end up well e.g brain tumor, arthritis, alzheimer etc.

All the best
Webmasters / Re: Need A Wordpress Web Designer by DaGimp(m): 2:11pm On Aug 15, 2011
Seems like a front end problem. You want to improve on user experience. I'm not a marketer for them but you should try www.greenspek.com. They seem cool. I know they have an office in Abuja.

Looking closely at the kind of post on NL, I'll suggest that this programming section be split in two.

Posts like "I wanna be a programmer" or "Which programming language is the best" should be in one section (wanna be a Programmer section perhaps).

While other post for guru's and semi gurus should be in another section, where programming and related issues should be discussed.

This NL programming section is full of "I wanna be a programmer" post which keeps repeating itself ever other week.

Just my opinion for the admin.

Yeah its a cool business especially in a school environment where there are ready clients. Outside such cluster environments, its hard to sell. You'll have to go from office to office which isn't so cost effective.

VTU gives 5% off, I give 15%, Do the maths and holla back.
Politics / What Has Goodluck Really Done For Nigeria? by DaGimp(m): 9:29pm On Mar 15, 2011
He was Acting President since Feb 9th 2010, and was sworn in as President on May 6th, 2010.

* The one thing I can think of is that he has made fuel scarcity a thing of the past which is great. How about Kerosene? How many can afford it?

* He said account will be rendered on the wasteful celebration of Nigeria at 50. We are yet to see the expenditure and how much was returned.

* He said he will probe Ministries during the Period of Yar'adua ailment where there was a free for all. No result yet.

* Our debt was cleared under Obasanjo. Nigeria has started borrowing again. The budget he proposed for 2011 is no different from the previous ones.

* He said a probe into NNPC will be done. We are yet to see the results of the probe.

* He has been unable to sustain security in this country. Boko Haram, Jos crisis and now MEND has pulled out of amnesty. MEND are supposed to be his brothers.
If a man cannot control his house, can he control a whole country?

* He says power is now at 4,000 Megawatts. Can anyone confidently say that his power supply has increased? It’s rather the opposite, it has reduced  drastically.

He is in the PDP. A party that has ruled Nigeria for 12 YEARS and have nothing to show for it. He is also one of Obasanjo's boys, just like Ribadu.

Let us be wise, Folks think Goodluck is from God. A lot of people thought Obasanjo will be the one to save this country. How wrong we were. When I see a man of God, I will know. Goodluck is NOT a man of God.

Let history NOT repeat itself, PDP is NO GOOD and anyone that is under that umbrella cannot have any good thing for Nigeria.

We have tried PDP for 12 years and they have failed, let us try another party. ACN, CPC, FRESH, LABOUR + 30 others. Let us choose any other party BUT PDP.

I'm am advocating for another political party, all I'm saying is avoid PDP like a plague that they are.

PDP is a failure and should NOT be repeated!
Business / Re: Entrepreneur 101 - How To Start And Run A Business / Idea by DaGimp(m): 1:09am On Jan 29, 2011
Had a similar problem. I've decided to give away the airtime at a minimal loss.

N5000 for N5,800 airtime.
N10,000 for 12,000 airtime.

Transaction on a cash an carry basis. You should do the same too, if you can handle the loss.
Anyone interested can reach me on 08136358109. Abuja residents only.

Politics / Re: Patience Jonathan Unable To Read Own Speech by DaGimp(m): 12:28am On Jan 29, 2011
At Poster! Don't see anything wrong with what she said. Is it because she has an accent? That doesn't mean she doesn't know English. I don't expect her to speak with proper "phonetics" cos I doubt if you can.

She isn't like those fake Nigerians that go to Germany for 3 months and come back saying. "Yo men" or "Know what I'm saying".

Okay am interested I stay somewhere in Maitama but we can meet at Wuse, my question is  that the airtime would it be inform of cards or just PINS printed out?

I think you misunderstood me. The airtime is already loaded on the sim and will be transfered to your device when we meet. Just like "Share and Sell".
That why I have to meet with the client to make the transfer. I will sound fraudulent if I said pay in the bank or something before I transfer the airtime.

Sure we can meet in Wuse, my office is in Wuse 2.

Some time ago, I got into the MTN VTU business. It’s a system where I buy airtime from MTN or her dealers and resell to clients via “Share and Sell”. The problem is that since the printing of lower denomination recharge cards, it has become much more difficult to sell. Why will a client wait for you to transfer airtime when they can just buy it from vendors?
I’ve been stuck with this airtime for a while and have decided to sell it a give a way price. Its far better than holding on to it because quite frankly, I’ve moved on to another business line.

PRICE LIST:
Buy N5,800 MTN airtime for just N5,000 cash. (Great for BB users)
Buy N12,000 MTN airtime for just N10,000 cash. (Great for Fastlink users)

The above rates are available on a cash and carry basis. Kindly call me on 08136358109 between (9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday). This phone line may not be available after the above time. In that case, you can send an SMS. Delivery at your location in an hour max.

To get this offer, simply text your traceable address to 08136358109, although I’ll prefare you call (Its an MTN to MTN call, so its cheap). I’ll be at you location within an hour. If your location isn’t clear enough, I will not come around. Also kindly have the complete cash available at hand so we can close the deal. (It cost money to move around).

Please note that this offer only applies to locations within Abuja, Nasarawa, Lagos and Edo States and is on a cash and carry basis. Thanks for your patronage.
